通风柜是防止有毒有害气体、易燃易爆和腐蚀性物质伤害操作者的有效装置；通过面风速监测、报警和控制系统，达到对有毒有害气体的有效排放，保护实验室人员的健康，使实验环境达到国家规定的安全标准。
Fume hoods is an effective method to prevent poisonous and hazardous gases, flammable, explosive and corrosive substance harming the operators. Poisonous and hazardous gases are effectively discharged through surface wind speed monitoring, alarming and control system to protect the health of laboratory personnel, so that the laboratory environment meets national safety standards.

1、 通风柜设计制造及测试性能均符合SEFA、ANSI/ASHRAE及JB/T6412-1999技术标准。
The design, manufacturing and performance test of fume hoods are in line with technical standards of SEFA, ANSI/ASHRAE and JB/T6412-1999.
2、 上柜体采用双层结构，外壳厚度为1.0mm/1.2mm，由镀锌或冷轧钢板数控成型，表面经EPOXY粉末烤漆处理，达到抗腐耐磨性能。
Upper cabinet has dual-layer structure and a shell thickness of 1.0mm/1.2mm, CNC formed by galvanization or cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface is surface is treated with EPOXY powder paint to achieve corrosion and wear resistance performance.
3、 上柜体可选用耐腐蚀性5mm抗倍特板、理化板或环氧树脂板中的一种，具有较好的防腐耐高温性能。
Upper cabinet adopts corrosion resistance 5mm compact laminate board, or physiochemical board or epoxy board, which has good anti-corrosion and thermo-stability performance.
4、 视窗调节门采用全铝合金制成，表面经EPOXY粉末烤溱处理；门玻璃采用6mm钢化玻璃；若有可燃性气体，可选用粘合DUPONT防爆膜的钢化玻璃，以保证玻璃破碎时不伤害到操作者；后置式滑轮装置平衡系统，可保证调节门停留在任意高度。
View window adjusting door is made of aluminum alloy, with the surface treated by EPOXY powder paint; door glass is 6mm tempered glass; tempered glass bonded with DUPONT explosion-proof membrane can be selected if there is any flammable gas to ensure the broken glass will not harm the operators; rear pulley balance system can ensure that adjusting door could stay at any height.
5、 通风柜顶部排气采用锥形集气罩，它的底部为长方形；经济体力学分析具有良好的集气功能、低压损及低噪音。
Fume hoods top exhaust is cone gas hood with rectangle bottom; economic physical analysis indicates good hood function, low loss and low noise.
6、 顶部的全罩式双灯管设计，灯管的底部为5mm厚的钢化玻璃，避免了电气装置与柜内腐蚀性气体的接触；同时，当通风柜发生气体爆膨时，它可以起到向上泄压的作用，从而降低气体暴膨时的正面危害。
Top is all covered dual-lamp design; the lamp bottom is tempered glass with the thickness of 5mm, avoiding the contact between electrical installations and corrosive gases in cabinet. Meanwhile, the fume hood can play the role of upward pressure relief when there is gaseous explosive expansion, thus reducing the front harm from the violent expansion.
7、 通风柜两侧的立柱为水、电、气控制阀及微电脑控制板区域，可通过显示屏实时监测面风速。
The uprights at two sides of fume hoods are water, power, gas control valves and microcomputer control panel areas, which can real-time monitor face wind speed through display screen.
8、 通风柜台面可选用理化板、环氧树脂板、不绣钢板及陶瓷板。台面的碟状设计有效地防止液体溢出台面，从而保证下柜体免受腐蚀。
Fume hoods table can use physicochemical board, epoxy board, stainless steel board and ceramic board. The dish design of the table can effectively prevent liquid from overflowing the table, thus protecting lower cabinet from corrosion.
9、 底柜采用经酸洗、磷化、EPOXY粉末烤漆处理的钢制结构，带有水平调整脚；背板的可拆卸设计方便维修保养，同时底柜也可根据实际需要设计成排气式安全防腐柜。
The base cabinet is steel structure treated through pickling, phosphorization and EPOXY powder baking finish, with horizontal adjustment feet; detachable design of the rear panel facilitates the maintenance; meanwhile, the base cabinet can be designed as exhaust safe anti-corrosion cabinet according to practical needs.

Fume Hoods
A fume hood is an effective device to prevent poisonous and hazardous gases, and flammable, explosive and corrosive substances, from harming operators. Through face-velocity monitoring, alarm and control systems, poisonous and hazardous gases are effectively discharged, protecting the health of laboratory personnel and bringing the laboratory environment up to national safety standards.
Fume Hood Features
1. The design, manufacture and performance testing of the fume hood comply with the technical standards of SEFA, ANSI/ASHRAE and JB/T6412-1999.
2. The upper cabinet has a double-layer structure, with a shell thickness of 1.0 mm / 1.2 mm, CNC-formed from galvanized or cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface is finished with EPOXY powder coating for corrosion and wear resistance.
3. The upper cabinet can use one of the following: corrosion-resistant 5 mm compact laminate board, physicochemical board or epoxy resin board, offering good anti-corrosion and high-temperature performance.
4. The sash is made of aluminium alloy with an EPOXY powder-coated surface; the glass is 6 mm tempered glass. Where flammable gas is present, tempered glass laminated with DUPONT explosion-proof film can be selected, so that broken glass will not injure the operator. A rear pulley balance system keeps the sash at any height.
5. The top exhaust uses a conical gas-collecting hood with a rectangular base; aerodynamic analysis shows good gas collection, low pressure loss and low noise.
6. The top has a fully covered twin-tube design, with 5 mm tempered glass beneath the tubes, preventing contact between electrical parts and corrosive gases inside the cabinet. At the same time, if a gas explosion occurs inside the hood, it relieves pressure upwards, reducing the frontal hazard of the blast.
7. The uprights on both sides of the hood house the water, power and gas control valves and the microcomputer control panel; face velocity can be monitored in real time on the display.
8. The worktop can be physicochemical board, epoxy resin board, stainless steel board or ceramic board. The dished design of the worktop effectively prevents liquid from spilling over the edge, protecting the base cabinet from corrosion.
9. The base cabinet is a steel structure treated by pickling, phosphating and EPOXY powder coating, with leveling feet; the detachable rear panel makes maintenance easy, and the base cabinet can also be built as an exhaust-type safety anti-corrosion cabinet if required.
